About FitAS®

Also specialising in Pre and Post-Natal Exercise, Ashleigh can offer a safe and private environment for women in all stages of pregnancy.

1-2-1 sessions are available for home visits, in a private studio or gym or for outdoor workouts when the British weather is on our side.  Group sessions are also available on a weekly basis and can be found on the timetable and Social Media pages.

During this COVID era, many of us have had to change the way we live, work and operate in order to maintain our health, fitness and wellbeing.

1-2-1 Sessions

Joining FitAS® allows you to choose the type of training that is right for you; whether that's 1-2-1 within a gym facility, or perhaps in my studio or indeed the comfort of your own home should you prefer a more private training session.

Remote Training

Zoom options are also available for those that need to be in the office early, that have childcare responsibilities or that are still shielding in order to keep themselves and their family safe

Group Sessions

Group sessions are a great way to enjoy working out with friends and bring a social element to your goals.

Personalised Training Plans

For those that are experienced in form and technique, though need a helping hand to reach a specific goal, Personalised Training Plans are available for reference on a 4-weekly rotation.

Couples Training

Though exercising alone is the preferred choice for many, for others, having an exercise partner can boost motivation and offers a sense of healthy competition. This can also be a more cost-effective option for those looking to explore Personal Training whilst watching the purse strings.

Pre-Natal Sessions
“I have always worked out but when it came to pregnancy I was unsure of what my limits should be and how often I could work out. Ashleigh was so helpful with forming a workout plan with me around my pregnancy that allowed me to continue my workouts but doing certain exercises that benefit my body but won't harm me or my baby.
